Prof. Dr. Emin Akcaoglu is a member of the faculty at Beykent University in Istanbul. He also regularly teaches at the University of Applied Sciences Wuerzburg-Schweinfurt (FHWS), and Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in Germany.
He earlier served at various other universities and industry; and before becoming a full-time academic, he worked as a manager at Turk Eximbank, the Turkish official export credit agency.
He provides strategic advisory services as a management consultant and teaches in the fields of ‘financial management’, ‘business development’, ‘international trade and project finance’, ‘company internationalization’, ‘foreign direct investment’, and ‘international business strategy’.
Prof. Dr. Rainer Wehner is a professor for General Business and Accounting at the University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt (FHWS).
He is the Director of International Relations at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at FHWS. He regularly serves as a guest lecturer at several universities and teaches courses in ‘strategic management’, ‘diversity management’, ‘accounting’ ‘general business’ and ‘intercultural management’.
Dr. Jérôme Dumetz has extensive experience as a cross-cultural researcher on the Eastern European management practices.
He holds a diploma in international trade from ISEA in Paris, a bachelor’s degree with a focus on cross-cultural conflict resolution from Hanze University of Applied Sciences in Gröningen, a master’s degree in Eastern European business from Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics; and a PhD from Plekhanov University.
He used to be a member of the Faculty of Business at Plekhanov University, and has been the international programs coordinator at the Unicorn College in Prague, Czechia since 2009. He is also an independent cross-cultural management facilitator and consultant. He is fluent in French and English, and has a strong working knowledge of Russian, as well as some Spanish and Czech. He regularly teaches at Plekhanov Academy and St Petersburg State University (Russia), ESSEC and ESCE (France), FH Steyr (Austria), VŠE and Unicorn College (Czech Republic), Manchester Metropolitan University (UK), Christ University (India), RMUTP (Thailand), DHBW (Germany), and FH Würzburg (Germany).
